

Shipping & Refund Policy
Delivery Method
​
Orders are typically shipped through La Poste de France using Colissimo with signature, Shop2Shop (Chronopost's service), and tracked letter services within France and internationally. We ensure proper packaging with suitable rigid materials, which may include recycled or reclaimed packaging materials. We advise you to consolidate your items into a single order. Please note that we cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each order.

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping rates correspond to the current carrier rates, including packaging and handling costs. These rates are indicated in the shopping cart details before payment.

The seller (us) does not cover payment of taxes and customs fees upon arrival of the order in your country.
​
Preparation Time
​
The order preparation time is 7 to 14 working days from the receipt of payment for art prints, and 1 to 4 months for personalized products or professional orders.
Delivery Time
​
The delivery time depends on La Poste and is indicated below for reference:

Parcel delivered within 2 working days in Metropolitan France; 3 to 4 days for most European countries; 5 to 9 days for countries outside Europe.

The seller (us) is not responsible for fluctuations in carrier shipping times. Therefore, if you wish to receive your order before a specific date, please consider the carrier's uncertainties and peak demand periods.

Any modifications to your order will result in adjustments to both preparation and delivery times.

Delivery Advice
​
Please ensure that the delivery information provided during the order is accurate to avoid delivery errors or product loss.
​
If you are not present when your parcel arrives, the carrier will provide you with the times for collecting your parcel from the post office.
​
If the packaging appears damaged, take photos before and at each stage of opening.
​
Delivery Insurance
​
We offer insurance for loss/damage during transportation for most of our products destined for both France and international destinations.
​
In the event of a damaged parcel, the buyer (you) is obliged to notify the seller (us) via the Contact page, along with photos of the damaged parcel/product before and after opening, within 24 hours to qualify for after-sales service.
​
In case of a claim related to the delivery of your parcel, we can initiate an investigation with our carrier, provided you submit a sworn affidavit that the parcel was indicated as delivered but not received, sent within a maximum of 10 days from the presumed delivery date.
Return of Order
​
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for a refund without penalty, except for shipping and return fees.

To be accepted, any return must be notified to the seller in advance via the Contact page. You should include the return slip that we will send you by email following your request.

For orders placed outside France, please ensure that you indicate "Return of Goods" on your CN23 or DAU customs declaration to avoid paying customs fees again. Otherwise, the seller will be obliged to re-invoice you for the incurred fees (VAT and/or customs fees).
​
The returned item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. It must not have been used or suffered any damage, no matter how slight, and must be in perfect cleanliness. Any item not meeting these criteria will neither be refunded nor exchanged. The seller (us) reserves the right to refuse to fulfill a subsequent order in the event of abnormal or abusive returns by the customer. We recommend over-packaging the return to avoid damaging the original packaging.

In case of loss or damage to the returned parcel, the seller (us) cannot process the refund, and the buyer (you) must file a claim directly with their carrier.
​
Custom-made, end-of-line, discounted, or ephemeral products are not eligible for return or exchange.
​
Refunds for products will be processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date the right was exercised. Refunds will be issued through a credit to the original payment method chosen by the buyer.

Product Error
​
You must contact the seller via the Contact page on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery to report a delivery error compared to the information on the order form.
​
In case of a complaint within the stipulated time frame, an exchange number for the product will be provided. Exchange of a product can only take place after the exchange number has been allocated. The product to be exchanged must be returned to the seller in its entirety and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the seller.
